Exchange, Refund, Repair and Return Policy

If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.

By placing an order through this website you will be agreeing to the terms below. These are provided to ensure both parties are aware of and agree upon this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

Repair and Replacement Policy

We will repair your products in case of shipment damage or a manufacturing defect
In circumstances where you consider that the product is defective/damaged, you can promptly contact us at info@kyari.in with details of the product and the defect.

Upon receipt of the complaint, our technical team will virtually examine the product for the reported defect/damage and then decide whether the product will be replaced/ repaired or not.

Products that are customised for the customer will not be eligible for replacement.

Exchange Policy

If you are not fully satisfied with any of your purchased Smart Stick Guardian Version, then you may exchange it for another version within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

All Kyari-manufactured accessories, including, but not limited to: Pro-Stand; stick charger; carrying bag; cables; and wall mounts are not covered under the exchange policy.

Products that are customised for the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

Products can only be exchanged with other products of either same or less selling price.

Return Policy

​Since all the purchases made from Kyari’s online store are final, we do not offer refunds in exchange of returns.

If you are not fully satisfied with any of your purchased Kyari products from Kyari’s online store, then within 15 days of receiving of the product shipment, you can promptly contact us at info@kyari.in with the discontentment complaint.

Upon receipt of the complaint, our team will get in touch with you to evaluate the reason for discontentment. If team Kyari finds the discontentment complaint to be reasonable, then you may either exchange the product with another Kyari product or opt for an equivalent amount of store credit.

Store Credit

  • Store Credit can be redeemed for goods and/or services at http://kyari.in only.
  • Store Credit is valid for 24 months from the date it is issued. Any unused Store Credit will not be redeemable after 24 months. The validity date cannot be extended.
  • Once Store Credit has been issued, the value cannot be changed to a cash refund.
  • Store Credit does not accrue interest.
  • Store Credit can only be used on orders associated with your original account or email address. Store credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.
  • Kyari will not be responsible for any lost or stolen Store Credit.
  • If the value of your purchase is less than the value of the Store Credit, your spend will be deducted and the remaining balance can be redeemed when you next make a purchase. Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Store Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due.

Shipping Products Back to Us

In order for the products to be eligible for a return or exchange, please make sure that:

  • The products were received in the last 15 days
  • The products are in the original packaging
  • Customised and personalised products are not eligible for return or exchange
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
  • Customer is responsible for the cost and risk of returning the products back to the Kyari Office. Products can be returned on the following address:

Kyari Innovations cannot be held responsible for product damaged or lost in return or exchange shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the product or proof of received return delivery.
