If you are not fully satisfied with any of your purchased Smart Stick Guardian Version, then you may exchange it for another version within 15 days of receiving the shipment.

All Kyari-manufactured accessories, including, but not limited to: Pro-Stand; stick charger; Smart Stick bag; cables; and wall mounts are not covered under the exchange policy.

Products that are customised for the customer will not be eligible for exchange.

Products can only be exchanged with other products of either same or less selling price.

Since all the purchases made from Kyari’s online store are final, we do not offer refunds in exchange of returns.
If you are not fully satisfied with any of your purchased Kyari products from Kyari’s online store, then within 15 days of receiving of the product shipment, you can promptly contact us at info@kyari.in with the discontentment complaint.

Upon receipt of the complaint, our team will get in touch with you to evaluate the reason for discontentment. If team Kyari finds the discontentment complaint to be reasonable, then you may either exchange the product with another Kyari product or opt for an equivalent amount of store credit.

You can cancel your order at any time without any cost before the product is dispatched. Such cancellation request must be placed within normal business hours i.e. 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. In the event, a cancellation request has been placed after the business hours, it will be considered as a request placed on the subsequent day and Kyari shall not be liable if the Order is dispatched on the day of the receipt of such cancellation email after the business hours.

However, these regulations vary depending on the airport, airline and country. You should therefore consult the website of your corresponding airport for detailed information on current regulations before you start your journey. Some countries have more stringent regulations about carrying objects that can be used as weapons, both in and outside airports. Please bear this in mind and make the necessary inquiries. In general, you can carry smart stick in airplanes as a check-in luggage, but it needs to go through special screening.

Yes, Smart Stick is water resistant. It is IP 54 Rated. This means that the stick can be used in wet environments, but it should not be fully submerged in water.

Yes, it is absolutely safe to use Smart Stick. But it is recommended to keep certain things in mind while using the stick:

• Always use the stick in safe mode when you are around small children.
• Make sure the electro probes are always secured with a cap.

Depending upon the usage and the weather conditions, if the stick is being continuously used, the battery can last from 12 Hours – 3 Hours.

If the stick is used ideally, then it can last a week.

The battery will be completely discharged in the given time frame when stick is being continuously used in following conditions:

Not at all! The stick is designed in such a way that until the electro probes are physically touch, one cannot get electrocuted.

Even if someone accidently touches the electro probes, the shock is not lethal at all.

Yes, it is rechargeable. Use the provided C-type charger to charge the stick

Health of any gadget is determined by how well we maintain it. In case of Smart Stick, it is extremely important to maintain the Joint and the Cap of stick. Here is a detailed video of how you can maintain the stick by following some simple cleaning rituals.

Here are some tips you can follow to have a longer battery life of your Smart Stick:

• Don’t let your stick to be fully discharged. As soon as you see the battery level going down, put it on charging.
• Do not overcharge your stick.
• Do not leave the stick exposed in direct sun for too long. When the batteries are exposed to extreme heat, they tend to degrade early.
• Minimize exposure to cold temperatures while storing the stick.

Within India: The Shipping time varies from 3-7 days depending on the delivery location. Outside India: The shipping time is highly variable (ranging from 5-15 days) depending upon the mode of shipping and location.

Within India: We do not charge additional shipping charge. In some cases, if the location is extremely remote and is not accessible , extra shipping charges might apply.

Outside India: The shipping cost depends on the location, mode of shipment, weight of consignment.

All our products go through stringent quality checks before leaving the factory but if there is any manufacturing damage or the product was damaged during shipping, we would send a replacement if required.
